Rachel Abraham-Pollard is a licensed Real Estate Agent and the Director of Operations for the Adam Filly Team for over a decade. With extensive expertise in San Francisco’s commercial real estate market, combined with a background in construction and development, Rachel brings a unique blend of industry knowledge and operational efficiency to the team. She oversees all marketing efforts and leverages her strong interpersonal skills to coordinate seamlessly with all parties involved in each transaction. Her ability to manage complex tasks, streamline processes, and provide innovative solutions makes Rachel a valuable asset to the team’s success.

Rachel grew up in New Hamshire and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Ithaca College. She has lived in San Francisco for over 20 years. Outside of work, Rachel loves exploring everything San Francisco and the Bay Area have to offer with her family.
Mason Barber brings energy, business expertise, and a real estate family background to the Team. A San Francisco and Marin native, Mason earned his degree in Economics and Finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He supports the team with marketing, operations, and essential day-to-day functions—freeing up Adam’s time to focus on clients.
